Hours:

3rd Shift 10:00pm - 6:00am with some overlapping of shifts

What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with Exmark, you will be responsible for: 

• Direct supervision of production employees;
• Manage employees as required;
• Direct daily production meetings to review cell performance and provide training on various safety, production and quality topics;
• Continuously work to improve performance (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost);
• Monitor and participate on machine maintenance tasks;
• Review and edit employee attendance records daily;
• Coordinate production with other supervisors and production control personnel daily;
• Monitor material Kanban and material control procedure compliance;
• Assure compliance with quality system procedures;
• Identify and respond to NCN’s and Corrective Action Requests as required; and
• Assure compliance with all safety procedures.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent);
• Leadership experience in a production environment;
• Strong problem solving skills;
• Proven organizational skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $63,000 - $80,000.
