Technical Support Engineer ll

Responsabilidades:

El Ingeniero de Soporte Técnico II es responsable de proporcionar soporte técnico especializado y asistencia en la gestión de sistemas de refrigeración comercial. Sus funciones clave incluyen el monitoreo de los sistemas de refrigeración, la solución de problemas de manera remota. Este rol garantiza la continuidad operativa de los sistemas de refrigeración en tiendas comerciales y mejora la experiencia del cliente mediante una respuesta rápida y efectiva a fallas, alarmas e incidencias.

Garantizar la operatividad y eficiencia de los sistemas de refrigeración en sitios comerciales, brindando soporte técnico de alta calidad, respondiendo efectivamente a alarmas y fallas, y generando reportes precisos de incidencias para asegurar la continuidad de la operación y la satisfacción del cliente.

Funciones:

  • Brindar soporte técnico y solución de problemas en sistemas de control de refrigeración.
  • Atender llamadas telefónicas para dar soporte remoto a clientes, resolver fallas y proporcionar orientación inmediata sobre alarmas de refrigeración.
  • Monitorear y gestionar alarmas generadas por el sistema de refrigeración, priorizando incidencias críticas y asegurando una respuesta oportuna.
  • Ejecutar y documentar pruebas de desempeño de equipos y sistemas de control de refrigeración. Generar reportes detallados de fallas e incidencias, documentando las causas, acciones correctivas y recomendaciones de seguimiento.
  • Colaborar en la optimización de sistemas de refrigeración y gestión de energía para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
  • Desarrollar y actualizar informes y bases de datos de desempeño para su análisis y toma de decisiones.
  • Proporcionar entrenamiento técnico a nuevos miembros del equipo y capacitación a clientes en el uso de sistemas de monitoreo de refrigeración, así como la interpretación de alarmas.
  • Generar manuales, guías de resolución de fallas y buenas prácticas, así como infografías para usuarios finales.

Requisitos Basicos:

  • Tecnico en Sistemas de Refrigeracion, Ingenieria en Control y Automatizacion, Ingenieria Mecanica o afin. (Deseable).
  • Excel Avanzado.
  • Ingles Intermedio.
  • Conocimiento / Experiencia en Sistemas de control de aire acondicionado, PLC, iluminación.

Requisitos Opciones:

  • Experiencia en Power BI

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs.
