As a Junior Payment Exceptions Agent, you will be part of a dynamic operations team responsible for identifying and resolving payment-related issues. Your role will focus on supporting the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, especially those that require manual intervention due to system exceptions. You will collaborate with internal teams such as investment sales, Compliance, and back-office operations to ensure smooth workflows and regulatory compliance.
