Job Summary:

The Business Mgmt. Sr. Supervisor will support the executive leadership team by providing data-driven insights, managing financials, and delivering executive-level presentations.

This role requires proficiency in data management, reporting, and automation tools such as Excel and SharePoint, along with strong

communication and analytical skills.

Support the leadership team in tracking progress on key strategic initiatives.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Presentations:

Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for senior executives, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.

Present data-driven insights to facilitate decision-making.

  • MIS Reporting:

Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive MIS reports to track key performance indicators.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials, performance metrics, and other relevant data.

  • Financial Analysis:

Manage and analyze financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Prepare financial reports for review by Sr. leadership.

  • Data Management & Analysis:

Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.

Understand data trends, anomalies, and provide insights through effective data interpretation.

  • MS-Office & Automation:

Utilize advanced Excel functions, including macros and automation, to streamline reporting processes.

Create SharePoint workflows and automation to enhance data management and reporting efficiency.

  • Communication Skills:

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Collaborate effectively across teams and communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Data Collation & Analysis:

Gather data from multiple sources and consolidate it into meaningful reports.

Analyze the data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including process flows, reporting templates, and automation protocols.

Ensure all reports and presentations are meticulously proofread and adhere to high standards of quality and accuracy.

  

Required Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Macros and PivotTables).

  • Strong experience with SharePoint for automation and document management.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).

  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

  • Strong understanding of financial principles and reporting.

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a Business Management, Project Management, Operations role.

  • Hands-on experience of MS-Office (Excel, PPT), SharePoint

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

  • MBA /Postgraduate from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
