About the Role

Reporting to: Associate Director, Life Propositions and Product Delivery
Location: Hochiminh City
Function: Marketing and Partnership Distribution | Department: Propositions Development and Management

Learning Outcomes

• Overall knowledge of Insurance industry & BAU operation of a Life insurer
• Hands-on experience of insurance product proposition development and management

Description

• Support in organizing product validation testing with agents/customers.
• Support the product development process, including idea generation, product review, enhancement, and launch preparation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and best practices.
• Assist in preparing product documents, presentations.
• Support UAT, product roadmap tracking, and post‑launch performance review
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the Product Development team

Qualifications

• University graduate or undergraduate in Business/ Economics/ Finances/ Mathematics/ IT/ Engineering
• Demonstrate abilities of problem solving, teamwork and business sense
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Intermediate English proficiency
