C.H. Robinson is hiring a Facilities Project Manager to support our facilities, including the Headquarters campus in Eden Prairie, MN, and a branch network of 100+ office locations across North America. We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate to oversee facility projects from conception to completion. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee full office build-outs for new locations across North America

  • Manage renovation projects to upgrade or enhance existing office spaces

  • Coordinate office closings, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption

  • Lead facilities initiatives for our Eden Prairie, MN, corporate headquarters campus (1,800+ employees)

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for facility projects

  • Ensure projects align with C.H. Robinson's standards and branding requirements

  • Communicate project status, updates, and challenges with internal stakeholders

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets

  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to achieve project goals

  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience including working with construction build-outs, lease documents, and other associated documents

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of two years of professional experience, including real estate lease-related documents and processes

  • Experience collaborating with building management professionals or directly managing a facility or campus

  • Proficiency in request for proposal processes

  • Ability to drive initiatives from ambiguous beginnings to clear definitions and successful outcomes

  • Strong verbal communication, business writing, presentation, and facilitation skills

  • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic business environment

  • Expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
