Firefly is looking for a Customer Success Specialist based in New York. Responsible for supporting the full campaign lifecycle — from planning and execution through post-campaign analysis — while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Revenue Operations to deliver seamless client experiences.
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced advertising environment. They bring strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and a genuine interest in building a foundation across campaign management, client services, and sales strategy. This role is designed for those looking to develop into a future seller, offering hands-on exposure to the full revenue cycle, proposal development, and direct collaboration with Account Executives and sales leadership.
