Position Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a professional and ethical agency force in line with regulatory, industry and company standards.
  • Drive ownership and execution of the sales activities to ensure annual sales, manpower and conservation targets are met.
  • Provide inputs to other agency sales departments in order to formulate effective agency development programs and initiatives as well as policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and manage the budget and monitor the same and ensure effective and efficient use of the company resources
     

 Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of management experience in financial industry
  • Experience in facilitating project management in the financial services industry
  • KPI Problem Solving and Decision Making / Change Management skills / Project Management skills / Performance Management skills / Balance Scorecard skills / Empowerment Skills / Strategic Thinking
  • Good organizational, time management and problem solving skills
