WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Product Owner in the area of IT - Structured Credit you will be collaborating with Portfolio management team to understand the key business objectives a strategy of the product, anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements that maximize business value

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Defining the vision for the team’s product and maintaining a cohesive vision throughout the process Creating a product road map based on this vision Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process

EXPERIENCE

• More than 5 years of experience in Securitizations

EDUCATION

• Graduate in Economics or ADE

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Hard Skills//Knowledge

• Deep Knowledge in the different types of securitizations
  • Traditional securitizations
  • Synthetic securitizations
• Deep Knowledge in the different process involved in a securitization set up and life cycle:
  • Structuring
  • Distribution
  • Servicing
    • Life cycle securitization management (Tranches management, replenishment processes, asset life cycle events etc…)
    • Cash Flows
    • Accounting
• Securitizations: Capital impact calculation
• Securitizations: Regulatory obligations
• Knowledge of the different systems within SCIB and other areas involved in a securitization set up and life cycle (BDH, Loan IQ, Equation, Partenon, BDR, Anacredit…)
• Knowledge of the other different Santander Corporate areas and their roles involved in a securitization set up and life cycle (Compliance, Market risk, Capital risk, Accounting, Legal, Financial Control&Reporting)

Soft Skills

• Communication skills: communicate the objectives and the priorities of a product to the development team and the other stakeholders.
• Prioritizing skills: determine the key elements and prioritize them according to the product’s objectives and the available resources.
• Leadership skills: manage the development team while working closely with the other stakeholders to meet the product's objectives.

Languages:

•  English advanced level
