Job Description
PROJECT MANAGER
(Position is temporary for 1 year)
The Project Manager will report to the Senior Manager PMO and support an accounting process implementation within various projects. Responsibilities include business process analysis, requirements gathering, developing a detailed project plan, resource planning, coordinating development and configuration, testing, training, risk management, cutover, hyper care, and project closing.
We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated professional with accounting knowledge and prior system implementation experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic global environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in process analysis and requirement gathering, involving all relevant stakeholders.
Develop project plan and business specifications, ensuring alignment with accounting rules and requirements.
Organize internal cross-functional teams.
Plan and deliver training for support teams and end users.
Manage project risks, address problems, and perform mitigation actions.
Provide critical thinking and leadership.
Report project status, issues, risks, and changes to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Prior experience in system implementation projects.
Skill to develop clear, detailed project plans.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve implementation issues.
Energy to lead and motivate teams toward project goals and drive a culture of change.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and relationships across all organizational levels.
Skilled in resolving conflicts and keeping the project team focused on common goals.
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
