Position Summary
You will be a trusted partner to healthcare professionals in central Taiwan. You will build relationships, share scientific knowledge, and deliver solutions that improve patient care. You will work closely with internal teams to plan and execute territory strategies. We value curiosity, integrity, and a drive to grow. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic staff across your territory.
- Share accurate scientific and clinical information to support informed healthcare decisions.
- Create and execute territory plans to meet sales and patient access goals.
- Use market insights and local data to identify opportunities and adjust plans.
- Work with internal colleagues to deliver coordinated initiatives and events.
- Keep clear records of activities, results and follow-up actions.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, vaccine experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and functional English for written materials and training.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work independently.
- Valid local driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and patient-focused practice.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience working with pediatric or hospital healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of Taiwan’s healthcare system and vaccination programs.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable using digital tools for planning and customer engagement.
- Strong planning and analytical skills to turn insights into actions.
- A collaborative mindset and openness to learning from colleagues.
