Job Summary

Responsible for managing a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes for a large global business unit. Enhance current business processes and performance metrics by leading regional and global teams and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational results. In addition, manage various processes such as SB/TOP3X Escalation, Certification Units, Delivery Priority Alignment, and MOT.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manages a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, cross order-to-cash lifecycle.
  • Create, send and transform reports that are customized for the regional needs, focusing on WW GT1 Daily Backlog, Unclean, Unprocessed, Fallouts, SND, BLKD/BLKX.
  • Closely and proactively monitor pending unclean and blocked orders, working with functions on fast resolution.
  • Reduce order pending processing, and ensure smooth execution of orders & minimal escalations despite supply challenges
  • Proactively identify deviations on metrics, structural issues, top offenders, and drive action plans to prevent operational issues and enhance process reliability.
  • Ensure regular feedback is received from report users for the relevance of reports.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency to coordinate and provide reports at management level for escalation or business-related ad-hoc requests.
  • Contribute to the management of Escalation requests (Silver Bullet /TOP3X) with a sense of urgency, while maintaining close follow-up and communication with stakeholders.
  • Drive weekly governances to review fallout/unregistered orders/unclean backlog and work with Customer Operations SMEs on fast resolution. Lead the meetings to get insights on operational trends and adjust the monitoring focus.
  • Drives analysis, identify deviations and structural issues and address top offenders through action plans for structural improvements.
  • In the current context of profit and allocation control, quickly grasp the knowledge of the process, with special focus on the implications related to the GT1 Backlog Management, Escalation Process, Aged Backlog, Shipped Not Delivered, and any other KPI identified with business impact.
  • In the current context of profit control, involved in the release process.
  • Contributes to priority projects with complex analysis and assists in developing recommendations and dashboards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization to generate or assess data and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain or customer service function.
