What You’ll Do
Explore opportunities to deliver meaningful change, including:
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements aligned to business strategy.
Working with IT teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions and test plans.
Supporting the delivery of new projects from design through to adoption.
Developing change management plans to ensure successful implementation and user engagement.
Identifying operational process changes and risks to enable smooth transitions.
Your Key Responsibilities
Engage with senior management and business teams to define detailed processes and technology requirements.
Document and validate business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive collaboration and decision-making.
Track user adoption and report on benefits realisation in partnership with business owners.
Prepare governance materials and ensure sign-off at key milestones.
Contribute to portfolio initiatives and support continuous improvement across the Change Delivery function.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in project delivery within financial services or technology-related industries.
Stakeholder management skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Resilience and adaptability to navigate change in a dynamic environment.
