As the primary driver of scheduling and materials management for two JLG production facilities, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations. Your primary responsibilities will include master scheduling, work order creation, and BOM creation and maintenance. By ensuring data accuracy, optimizing inventory, and collaborating effectively with various teams, you’ll help streamline production processes, enhancing the overall efficiency and success of our facilities.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Coordinate information on parts based on contracts and sales and create new part numbers as needed.

  • Maintain data integrity on item masters in all branch plants.

  • Primary contact on setting up part numbers in XA.

  • Update safety stock, lead times and stocking type as needed.

  • Enter, update and Obsolete part numbers and BOMs.

  • Support production part needs by responding to buyer requests.

  • Prepare reports for Inventory Manager and Material Planning Manger to analyze.

  • Maintain master schedule

  • Create work order

  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s degree in business or a related field

  • 3-plus years of related work experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills
