Position Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Head of Global In-Center Portfolio Marketing and Value Stream Leaders to develop and execute regional marketing initiatives aligned with the In-Center Vertical and regional business goals.
Plan, direct and coordinate marketing programs in the region to implement the Global Marketing Plan with focus on shaping the market & the organization.
Partner with Commercial Operations to drive profitable growth.
Support the preparation of regional marketing and educational materials.
Lead, track, and report the effectiveness of regional commercial initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain an annual In-Center regional marketing plan in alignment with the Global In-Center Vertical strategy.
Conduct VOC (Voice of the Customer) and market research in the region.
Collaborate internally and work as the customer champion in cross-functional teams to build strong external customer relationships.
Ensures and drives capability building for marketing and sales within the region.

Critical Deliverables: 

Develop and execute the regional marketing plan aligned with business goals.
Lead the execution of In-center and key Value Stream initiatives at the regional level to deliver against set regional targets.
Provide business case and investment requests to support regional marketing initiatives.
Engage internal and external stakeholders in the region through identifying stakeholders, proactively finding out their needs/issues/concerns, and collaborating across the organization to find effective solutions.
Manage the alignment of all the elements of the brand positioning with the brand strategy and the marketing goals, incl. segmentation and market access
Evaluate the capabilities of marketing & sales staff within the region to identify gaps and prioritize development activities. Implement the organization's formal development frameworks within the area of responsibility.

Critical Experience:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Marketing or similar area
5 years experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers.
5 years experience in Med Tech in Marketing, HEMA, Sales, General Management, ComOps
Proven track record of implemented regional marketing plans and initiatives in a complex matrix organization.
Experienced leader in building networks and best practice communities.
Profound knowledge in balancing external key stakeholders and understanding the key principles of healthcare systems within the region.
