The IAM Advisor is responsible for supporting the managed service provider with access provisioning, certifications, onboarding, and process harmonization.

What you will do:

  • Establish robust operational processes related to provisioning workflows and access requests.

  • Identify business requirements related to enterprise projects and effectively communicate IAM service delivery prerequisites.

  • Coordinate enterprise project deliverables and timelines with the managed service provider and internal IAM team.

  • Develop and configure service intake model for IAM service offerings.

  • Maintain relationships with Business and TIS teams to identify requirements for application provisioning and user onboarding.

  • Oversee manage service provider to drive SLA compliance and expected levels of service delivery.

  • Consolidate feedback following incident and request resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction rating.

  • Work with application teams to increase SailPoint adoption for identity governance in relation to L1 and L2 applications and beyond.

Who you are:

Required:

  • Related post-secondary degree or technical diploma in Computer Sciences

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Identity & Access Management technologies and/or cybersecurity relevant roles

  • Experience in collaboration between stakeholders and client/vendor relations.

  • Able to consolidate requirements and translate them into TIS deliverables.

  • Adheres to quality management processes and practices.

  • Experience working on global, cross functional teams or projects.

  • Experience with technology support, configuration, and implementation.

  • Strategic thinking and can show agility to frequent change.

  • Works collaboratively and can communicate effectively.

Preferred:

  • Ability to lead and/or actively participate in stakeholder meetings.

  • Strong familiarity with identity systems and technology

  • Advanced degrees and industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, SANS, etc.)
