Director, Digital Marketing

The Director, Digital Marketing will lead our digital marketing strategy and initiatives for the Commercial business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing sector. This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our business growth objectives. 

What You Will Do:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Identify and capitalize on new digital marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

Content Development:

  • Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

  • Use insights to refine strategies and improve overall performance.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Website Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company websites to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Implement best practices for website SEO and usability.

  • Enhance lead generation

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a robust social media strategy to enhance brand presence and engagement across multiple platforms

  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.

  • Segment email lists and personalize email content to improve engagement rates.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand digital reach and influence.

  • Work with industry influencers and thought leaders to amplify brand messaging

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B markets preferred.

  • 3-5 years managing teams preferred required

  • Proven experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
