We are seeking a Physician to join our Pharmacovigilance Medical Reviews team. This role is ideal for Physicians in the Philippines with at least 2 years of clinical experience who are looking to transition into a non-hospital setting. No prior experience in pharmacovigilance is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake primary medical review of cases, including medical assessment of the case for seriousness, listedness/labeling, causality, adverse event coding, and narrative review.
  • Update and document daily case data and case-feedback in appropriate trackers/tools to facilitate tracking and workflow management.
  • Assume complete responsibility for all assigned deliverables in line with expected quality, compliance, and productivity SLAs and KPIs.
  • Undertake and complete additional tasks/activities assigned by the supervisor, as required.
  • Provide training and guidance to the case processing team on medical aspects of case processing.

Qualifications:

  • Medical license in the Philippines.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a tertiary or secondary hospital setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Must be amenable to work ONSITE for the first 6 months then hybrid after.
