A Day in the Life

Responsible for designing and delivering SAP solutions from a technical perspective, ensuring they are adaptable and interoperable through Sales order Management, Pricing, Contracting & Finance. As a recognized expert and key contributor, you will be responsible for translating prioritized new business models into process and SAP capabilities. You will work cross-functionally with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT to deliver impactful solutions that improve products, processes, and services. This role involves managing complex projects, driving business agendas, and providing consultancy and IT support for new initiatives, acquisitions, and product launches. This position will be a remote position in Bogotá.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Lead strategic collaboration with business leaders and IT stakeholders to define data-driven enhancements that improve operational efficiency, product offerings, and customer value across global processes

• Translate new business models (e.g., bundles, subscriptions, value contracts) into scalable SAP and CPQ system configurations, ensuring seamless integration and strong commercial execution.

• Manage full-cycle delivery of moderately complex IT projects—from solution design to implementation—while driving alignment with corporate goals and long-term architecture strategies

• Act as a key decision-maker and influencer, representing IT in high-impact initiatives, negotiating with partners, and guiding decisions that shape product launches, acquisitions, and system enhancements

• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams, providing guidance on SAP configuration, data modelling, and business process optimization, while fostering accountability and continuous improvement

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in English
• More than seven years of experience in SAP SD and global implementations
• Expertise in business process analysis, combined with hands-on proficiency configuring and leveraging SAP systems across Sales & Distribution, Pricing and other modules, supported by solid project management practices
