Your Role: Partnerships Delivery Media Executive, Campaign

As a Partnerships Delivery Media Executive in Campaign at Global, you will support the Partnerships Team in driving revenue growth through efficient and accurate media planning. You will also assist Account Managers with administrative and project tasks, including collating materials for presentations and managing winners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning Support (50%): Develop expertise in all planning processes, including gPlan and Salesforce, dedicating half of your time to creating and refining media plans for the Sales team.
  • Project Support (25%): Assist the team with tasks such as audio pulling, winner management, competitor analysis, and compiling collateral for presentations.
  • Administrative Support (25%): Provide essential administrative support, including meeting notes, folder organisation, and collating campaign materials.

What Success Looks Like:

In your first few months, you will:

  • Deliver accurate and detail-oriented media planning.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Global’s brands, platforms, products, and systems, especially gPlan.
  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of production costs for Partnerships elements.
  • Showcase creative problem-solving skills and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Take part in new Partnerships Delivery initiatives (e.g., GPlan Templates) and build sales expertise.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and contribute to process improvements.
  • Be a team player and proactive contributor.

What You’ll Need:

  • Time management & strong communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with numbers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Keynote and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a level-headed approach.
  • A solid understanding of the Global portfolio.
