The Home Trial Services Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the operational success of home visits as outlined in the assigned clinical projects. This role involves working closely with Home Trial Services Project Managers in addition to collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to support the successful execution of participant home visits.
What You'll Do:
Manage supply readiness for home care visits on assigned trials.
Meet with internal teams to coordinate efforts to facilitate healthcare professionals' (HCP) onboarding and training to include access to technology platforms necessary to complete protocol visits.
Evaluate healthcare professionals' (HCP) qualifications, licensure, and CVs to hand off to the HTS Project Manager for further review.
Participate in ongoing training for recertifications and on new regulations.
Represent the department internally and externally at meetings, strategic projects, and initiatives as per the business requirements.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Act as the liaison between clinical sites, HCPs and vendors.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training
and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the
requirements of the role.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Good written and verbal communication skills and a strong command of the English language and grammar.
Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem solving, sense of urgency and decision making skills.
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work in team environment, as well as work independently with moderate guidance.
Solid relationship building with 3rd party management.
Ability to provide customer service with the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Ability to multi-task as necessary.
Performs a wide range of variable tasks as dictated by changing conditions and demands.

Work may be performed in an office or home-based environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
Frequently stationary for 6-8 hours per day.
Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
Rarely travels both domestic and international.
