Roles & Responsibilities:
The Center of Excellence (COE) enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.

As a member of the COE Avanade Analytics team, you will equip Avanade people with solutions to meet their sales reporting needs, by:

• Be part of the core Data and analytics team supporting Avanade Sales organization
• Deep skills on Avanade Sales enterprise data, tools and processes
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Use advanced Excel functions to automate and streamline reporting processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Support business teams by providing timely, accurate, and insightful data analysis.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to supplement Excel reports.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic initiatives.
• Document reporting processes and provide training to end-users as needed.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Tools & Reporting process.

Professional & Technical Skills:

•  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, analytics or similar field

• Three or more years of experience doing similar work.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Additional Information:

Shift Timings- 2 PM IST to 11PM IST

Good to have-

• Master’s degree in a technical field
• Understanding of sales processes and technology
• Project management experience
• Quality assurance experience

Note-

Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision in a global environment

Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs.

Must have good internet connection and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
