Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive (7 years + exp) to lead and grow relationships with our largest enterprise customers and prospects—organizations generating more than €3B in annual revenue. This role requires deep expertise in IT infrastructure, software ecosystems, data and AI workloads, and network interconnection, combined with strong executive presence and exceptional sales leadership.
The Strategic Account Executive will act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior technology decision-makers, driving digital transformation, optimizing technological strategy, and expanding customer adoption of our solutions.
Responsibilities
Account Leadership & Revenue Ownership
Own and drive the full-sales lifecycle across a defined portfolio of high‑value accounts
Develop multi-year account strategies aligned with customer transformation goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, COO)
Technology & Solution Expertise
Understand customer architectures across:
IT infrastructure (compute, storage, networking, cloud architectures)
Software ecosystem (ISVs, application stacks, modernization strategies)
Data workloads (data platforms, analytics pipelines, governance)
AI (training, inference, MLOps, model deployment, GPU/accelerator needs)
Network interconnection (WAN, peering, hybrid connectivity, edge integration)
Sales Strategy & Execution
Lead deal cycles, from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and closing
Collaborate with solution architects and partners to build compelling, integrated value propositions
Build executive-ready presentations, business cases, and value realization frameworks
Forecast accurately and manage pipeline with discipline and clarity
Cross-Functional Alignment
Coordinate internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, customer success, and long-term account growth
Manage partner ecosystems (integrators, MSPs, ISVs, hyperscalers) to extend value and drive co-selling motions
Qualifications
Technical Expertise
Solid understanding of enterprise IT architecture (on‑prem, hybrid, multi-cloud)
Knowledge of software ecosystems and application modernization strategies
Strong grasp of data platforms, and analytics workloads
Expertise in AI, including:
Model training vs. inference
Hardware acceleration (GPU, TPU, CPU architectures)
MLOps lifecycle
Data readiness for AI
Understanding of network interconnection, connectivity models, edge computing, and security principles
Sales Experience
Proven years in enterprise sales or strategic account management
Proven track record selling into large enterprises (>€3B revenue)
Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder transformation programs
Executive-level communication and negotiation skills
Ability to influence both customer and internal executive leadership
Native French and fluent English
