Summary
 

Under general supervision with significant freedom to act on unreviewed actions or decisions, temporarily leads a team of operations staff while learning to succeed in a management role. Directs staff in daily operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant service level agreements.

Location: 200 North Dozier Boulevard Florence, SC 29501 United States of America

Work Environment: The work hours are Monday - Friday 9AM – 6:00PM.


Description
 

  • Establishes and maintains a high level of service and/or support to all internal and external customers. Directs associates to ensure all work responsibilities are handled in an effective and efficient manner to meet and/or exceed contract performance standards. Identifies potential quality, improvement and/or training needs.

  • Monitors levels of performance to ensure contract or company compliance. Prepares and analyzes reports on quality, timeliness, service, support, projects, implementations and/or staff. Provides coaching to staff based on results of quality control monitoring audits, proficiency testing, refresher testing, and other tools used to evaluate competency. Administers quality policy and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.

  • Participates as a functional workgroup participant, Supports project plans for divisional and departmental strategic plans as well as divisional quality council.

  • Motivates and maintains morale of team with effective leadership. Holds team meetings and activities supporting professional development in a multifunctional team environment.

  • Provides education and training regarding policies and procedures to internal and external customers via phone, conference call, fax, email, meetings, and onsite or offsite classroom settings.

To Qualify for This Position, You'll Need:

  • Required Education: Bachelor's

  • Degree Equivalency: 4 years job related work experience OR Associate's and 2 years job related work experience
