Mission:
Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting technological infrastructure and communication systems across workplaces. The role will actively contribute to IT and IoT project activities, collaborating with project teams and vendors to ensure technical requirements are delivered effectively. Experience in energy-related projects and supplier coordination is valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components (networks, servers, communications equipment).
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for connectivity, hardware, and software issues.
Participate in IT and IoT project tasks, ensuring correct implementation of solutions under project guidelines.
Support energy-related projects by providing IT infrastructure expertise and coordinating technical requirements.
Assist in managing relationships with infrastructure and communication service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts and service quality.
Perform system monitoring, updates, and preventive maintenance.
Document technical procedures, maintain accurate asset inventories, and report progress on assigned tasks.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and vendors to ensure smooth deployment and service continuity.
Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems, and communication systems.
Experience in vendor coordination and follow-up on service delivery.
Exposure to IT requirements within energy-related projects is a strong advantage.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and contribute to project deliverables.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills.
