As an Idaho US Expansion TIQ Program Manager, you will be responsible for the roadmap for the Boise site High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) Tool Installation and Qualification. Key responsibilities are: driving the TIQ Steering Committee, Facilitate Training and Workshops, TIQ related data system ownership, Data validation and metrics / benchmark reporting, execution to meet Program Schedule and Cost goals. You will spend significant time working closely with global teams across all Fab Areas to enable tool installations and qualifications to meet HVM business requirements. Through Negative Float Solve (NFS) meetings, you will work with partners to mitigate timeline and cost risks and deliver desired results.

This role requires the ability to build and maintain global relationships, excellent communication and presentation skills, providing clear and quantitative data analysis for management to support decision-making. You should be a detailed oriented person with the capability of leading change. There will be opportunities to develop, implement, and own new projects and programs to meet departmental and organizational goals as well to develop personal developmental growth in the Team’s drive to deliver excellence. These programs may include Department level Commits and critical metrics reporting, Max-Outs, Workforce Efficiency, and others.

Responsibilities:

  • Be an active participant in the EHSS program by reporting all EHSS-related concerns or problems immediately to the appropriate individual (ERT, Supervision, etc.).
  • Primary contact in working with program sponsors and collaborators to define the problem to be solved, define project scope, measurements of progress, timelines for achievements and completion, and resources.
  • Apply change management principles (ADKAR, etc) to lead the people side of changes needed for program success.
  • Track the performance metrics for the program and publish regular updates to the organization summarizing performance.
  • Develop reports for users on project/program data and develop and deliver Training Documentation to collaborators.
  • Administration of the software systems used for project and program lifecycle, database, and reporting.
  • Advocate and demonstrate value and use to all team members with a focus on delivering excellence.
  • Collaborate with sister sites for benchmarking, leverage existing best-known methods (BKMs), and generate and detail new BKMs as part of the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP).

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience including solid understanding of Semiconductor front end equipment and processes.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently, with excellent interpersonal and verbal/written skills.
  • Shown ability to influence partners and customers to enable the success of your programs to deliver the desired results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Program Management methods and related experience.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power Automate, AI applications (e.g. Co-Pilot), and SharePoint are desirable (experienced level knowledge is highly beneficial)
  • Fab Area process and/or equipment experience in HVM or Technology Development is desired.
  • Good knowledge and background in Wafer Fab Facilities systems or Manufacturing production equipment, with direct HVM tool ramps preferred.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies is beneficial.
