Job Title: Trust & Safety Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines;
Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor;
You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.

What would you do:

The Legal Enforcement Response Team LERT specializes in the thorough analysis of legal and regulatory documentation;

Its primary function is to review and evaluate documents using clear and detailed guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance;

Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines;

Investigate, resolve, and relay complex process issues to the broader Legal Operations team;

Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work;
Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role.

Skills Required:

Education Qualification: High School Diploma GED (Minimum)
Years of Experience: At least 1 year of Professional Experience

Language Ability:

English B2 + German C1, Mandatory.
Portuguese is a +.

What are we looking for:

Ability to work differing rotations shifts and non-standard work hours;

Excellent comprehension & communication in German & English;
Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills;

Ability to perform duties objectively, taking in account client guidelines, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs;
Previous experience using Office tools;
Strong attention to detail;
Previous experience in contact center or with positions related to Legal Operations or Customer Service is a +.
