We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Coordinator Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing operations, project management, and podcast production. You will assist with researching, creating, and streamlining processes for various marketing projects, including the LHB podcast and Vitality program. This is a unique opportunity to explore diverse marketing disciplines and interact with tools and platforms essential to modern marketing operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the research, creation, and closeout of LHB podcast episodes, including platform management using tools such as 3PlayMedia, WeTransfer, and Microsoft Suite.

  • Conduct a competitive analysis of marketing project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Workzone, & Mural) and present recommendations for adoption at the end of the term.

  • Coordinate weekly deployment of printed welcome mailers for new Vitality members using Custom Point.

  • Support marketing efforts for the Vitality program, including communications for producers, internal employees, and members.

  • Explore specific marketing disciplines, such as social media and editorial, to contribute to broader team initiatives.

  • Utilize AI tools, SharePoint, compliance platforms (RedOak), and printing partner platforms to execute daily tasks efficiently.

  • By the end of the internship, you will deliver a recommendation report on project management tools based on detailed research and analysis. Propose improvements to podcast production operations for greater efficiency and impact.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated professionalism, creativity, and eagerness to take on new challenges.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with project management tools or platforms like Mural, Workzone, or SharePoint is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Enthusiasm for marketing operations, project management, and content production.

Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
