Job Description:

The Outside Service Providers Support Group (OSPSG) Specialist supports the management of compensation, billing, and payment processes related to Outside Service Providers (OSPs).

This role contributes to ensuring the accuracy and consistency of supplier payment activities while supporting financial controls and operational reporting.

This role is responsible for analyzing large volumes of operational and financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency in supplier billing and pre-billing activities.

The OSPSG Specialist reviews payment information, identifies discrepancies, and supports the validation of provider compensation in alignment with contractual agreements and company standards.

The position contributes to the preparation of reports and data analysis to support decision-making and operational monitoring. The OSPSG Specialist works closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of billing-related matters.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights that support operational and financial decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical field

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills

  • Ability to analyze and manage large volumes of data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Knowledge of finance, billing, or accounting processes is considered a plus.
