The primary purpose of this role is to lead the development work for the Human Resource Data Warehouse(HRDW) Technology area. This will involve working closely with the business and SMEs to prioritize business requests, manage the ETL development work slate, provide estimate efforts, and ensure timely delivery on committed items and to project manage all aspects of software development according to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

To Enable Citi Human Resource system for Reporting and integrate with advance  analytic tools, dynamic information and other online

Services that citi uses today, reduce Manual reporting and FTE costs and improve performance.

Leveraging Citigroup's proprietary network, Reporting capabilities taps into the

Industry’s most comprehensive data warehouse, providing aggregated committed counts, Information and market intelligence from around the globe. Foundational Data and Analytics platform with all reportable data in a single space, and it Enables the Self-service capabilities and self-service reports for Citi’s roughly 40,000 people Managers, it also aimed to reduce the sustained high resource cost which produces 1200 custom reports per a month, all these reports are automated with citi internal portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, document and implement application release projects as part of development team.
• Work with onsite development partners to ensure design and coding best practices.
• Work closely with Cross Functional Teams e.g. Business Analysis, Product Assurance, Platforms and Infrastructure, Business Office, Controls and Production Support. Prepare handover documents, manage SIT with oversight of UAT.
• Ability to understand complex data problems, analyze and provide generic solutions compatible with existing Infrastructure(Abinitio, Unix, Oracle).
• Design, Implement, Integrate and test new features.
• Compliance with Citi's System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements.
• Understanding the Change Data capture concepts and Implementation Experience on the Application.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of Ab Initio application design and development experience
• Demonstrated people and technical management skills
• Strong understanding of ETL analysis and design, frameworks on Ab Initio
• Demonstrated excellent software development skills.
• Strong experiences in implementation of complex file transformations like positional, xmls and Delimited.
• Experience in building enterprise ETL based system with focus on recovery, stability, reliability, scalability and performance.
• Experience in building Multi file system and Serial file system applications and troubleshooting complex issues related to it.
• Experience in working multiple OS (Unix, Linux, Win)
• Experience developing solutions involving Abinitio ETL concepts
• Experience in performance tuning of large technical solutions with significant volumes
• Strong Database experience (Oracle/PL-SQL)
