Key Responsibilities:

1) Internal Flows

• Support design, implementation, and improvement of material flows in warehouses, receiving/shipping, or production areas.

• Analyze and optimize flow processes, tools, equipment, and packaging.

• Provide technical support for layouts, new projects, and value stream analysis.

• Troubleshoot issues to maintain production continuity.

• Contribute to quality and Valeo Production System (VPS) compliance.
   

2) External Flows & Transportation

• Analyze and improve transportation, inventory, and scheduling processes.

• Implement visual reorder or pull flow systems.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customs/import/export regulations.

• Support cost and budget management; participate in carrier negotiations.
   

3) Crisis Management

• Communicate effectively with carriers and internal teams during issues.

• Maintain backup plans for carrier accounts and ensure coverage during absences.
   

Education & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or vocational certificate in logistics, supply chain, or industrial/technical field.

• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or production flow operations is a plus.
   

Skills & Competencies

• Material flow analysis, value stream mapping, process design

• Knowledge of logistics systems and transportation management

• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and crisis management

• Communication, coordination, and time management

• Understanding of quality, safety, and VPS standards
