Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Incident Responder to lead advanced incident detection, investigation, containment, and remediation efforts across enterprise environments. This role is responsible for handling high-severity security incidents, coordinating cross-functional response activities, performing deep forensic and threat analysis, and improving incident response capabilities. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in endpoint, network, identity, and cloud incident response, along with the ability to translate findings into clear risk and remediation guidance for stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME for incident response.
- Perform end-to-end response for high-severity and complex security incidents including ransomware, credential compromise, APT activity, insider threats, and data exfiltration.
- Perform advanced incident triage, scoping, containment, eradication, and recovery actions.
- Develop and execute incident response playbooks and runbooks.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in security practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and tools to improve the overall security posture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SOC/Incident Response.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and frameworks.
- Strong experience in incident response and digital investigations across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments.
- Direct response to high-severity incidents including ransomware, credential theft, APT activity, and cloud compromise
- Candidate should have experience and ability to analyze endpoint, email, identity, cloud and firewall logs and network traffic
- Ability to analyze security incidents, determine root causes, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Experience implementing SOC/IR playbooks, detection rules, and post-incident reviews.

Additional Information:
- Need to work in rotational shifts 24X7 model
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SOC/Incident Response/Threat Hunting.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
