Position Summary

1. Credit controller: Monitoring both account receivable and payable

2. SD Budget control: Monitoring sales deduction budget in detail

3. Customer's credit assessment

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Accounts receivable management]:

- Performing cash collection and account reconciliations

- Able to make cash collection planning with high accuracy

- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries

- Ability to detect and prevent insolvency signs of customers

- Assisting in general financial management and analysis

2. [Accounts payable management]:

- Computing and cross-checking the payable expense with high accuracy

- Monitor annual terms and conditions

- Review and verify customer sell-out performance

- Performing payment within a short lead time

- Making a payable expense forecast

3. [Budget management]:

- Monitoring sales deduction budget by customer level

- Monthly and annual budget forecast with high accuracy

- Analysis of the difference and its reason between the actual budget and forecast

4. [Credit management]:

- Credit limit review and recommend for approval

- Risk analysis of over the hedge limit

- Effective credit risk management and compliance with Credit policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Assisting in general financial management and analysis

• Preparing weekly and monthly report

• Other add-hoc duties as requested

• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 3 years related experience

• Excellent in MS Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot is mandatory

• Good in SQL, MS Access, Python, or other data analysis software is preferred
