Position Purpose
Lead the strategic development of the brand through brand planning, life cycle management, and the execution of key tactics to maximize the revenue and the profit of assigned products or therapeutic area. Lead and manage financial and human resources to improve the efficiency of the assigned team. This position has direct P&L accountability.
Litfulo, launched in September 2023, is a treatment for severe Alopecia Areata with a new MOA of JAK3 and TEC family kinases inhibitor. Litfulo is a priority product for Pfizer Japan and is important to the growth of Pfizer.
Description of Primary Role & Responsibility
Lead following activities for achieving financial budget (revenue and IBT in Operating Plan) for the portfolio.
Lead the development and execution of Brand Plan or strategic initiative for maximizing brand opportunities and values.
Manage portfolio sustainability and ensure stable supply.
Lead collaboration management
Reinforce ownership culture within the team to build a high performing team.
Develop the talents for next leadership.
Make sure 100% Compliance with all law, regulation, SOP, internal or external rule/policy.

Excellent presentation skill, communication skill, coaching skill.
3. Experience
Extensive experience developing and implementing pharmaceutical business strategy.
Required at least 5 years of experience at sales and marketing in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Experience launching new products is more preferable.
Preferably people management experience
Additional experience in non-traditional pharmaceutical marketing preferred such as IT integration business and AI technology. Experiences outside pharmaceutical industry are welcomed.
Proven track record of leading projects, driving changes and organizing teams that successfully achieve milestones and deliverables.
Experience working in multiple cultures and demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures.
4. Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree or advanced. MBA is more preferable.
5. Language
Written and oral communication/presentation skill in English and Japanese.
Business-level English proficiency is required to engage in discussions with members of the global headquarters. TOEIC score of 800 or higher is preferred.
