AI is reshaping the future of financial services, and Finastra is accelerating boldly into this next frontier. We are seeking an AI Program Lead to drive the adoption and scaling of AI across the company. In this role, you will track the progress and impact of our AI initiatives in our engineering functions, non-engineering functions and within our products from ideation to deployment. You will partner closely with stakeholders to maintain a real‑time view of every use case, anticipate and help remove roadblocks, and prepare strategic updates for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board. The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder management, a solid understanding of AI and technology and experience with executive level reporting.
Based in Atlanta, you will form part of the Office of the CEO gaining broad visibility across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with the Chief AI Officer and teams across Data Science, Engineering and Product worldwide.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in scaling AI at a global fintech leader - unlocking value, accelerating innovation, and building the foundations for organisation‑wide impact.
