Job Summary:
Senior HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Analyst plays a pivotal role in optimizing and advancing HR technology systems to support human capital management strategies. Responsibilities will involve configuring systems to meet ongoing business needs, generating reports to support various HR functions, and ensuring accurate data processing and maintenance according to organizational rules and regulations.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field and four (4) years of experience in business systems.

Responsibilities
- Configure HRIS systems to align with evolving business requirements.
- Generate reports to support HR functions such as compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics.
- Ensure accurate data processing and maintenance, adhering to organizational guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with external vendors to evaluate and select HRIS software and systems.
- Work closely with HR colleagues, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective HRIS solutions.
- Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and implement system enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency, functionality, and user experience.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to analyze existing HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and leverage HRIS capabilities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, processes, and best practices. Keeps abreast of current and new technologies and serves as a resource to other HR staff. Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries.
- Lead HRIS-related projects, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations.
