How You Will Contribute:

We are looking for graduates ready to take up this exciting and meaningful responsibility and learn and contribute to the latest networking (Routing & Switching and Optical/DWDM) technologies that craft the future of Next Generation networks :

• Design, develop, and implement networking solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest networking technologies and trends.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Automating day-to-day task by virtue of scripting (Python etc.).

The Must Haves:

• A willingness to learn and the ability to work well in a team environment is a must.
• Experience in software upgrade management.
• Develop and execute network plans for carrying out new network rollouts or augmentation of networks.
• Troubleshoot reported issues from the network and drove resolutions with customer and engineering teams.
• Automation of configurations using automation tools and frameworks.
• Work closely with engineers and PMs across teams to ensure timely and quality customer delivery.
• Coordinate activities with North American engineering teams as needed.
• Attend acceptance test plans, Functional Specifications, and script reviews, which will help ramp up the feature/ product knowledge required later to develop new network rollout plans.
• Go through different RFCs and standards (ITU-T, IEEE, etc.) related to the product's supported features and use that knowledge to improve project execution further.
• Working knowledge of MS Office tool suite (Word, Excel, power point), and working with large data sets (sorting, filtering, graphing)
• Understanding of automation script is an asset
