Summary: As a Test Lead, you will manage and lead the QA team. Develop and implement a comprehensive Test Plan / Test Strategy, Test environment data set up. Develop and implement QA/Test processes and Test procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of PLM software. Develop and manage the test cases. Provide input on project timelines and deliverables. You are required to work with various teams including BAs, Development or Admin teams to ensure that the software solutions meet client requirements and project specifications. Engaging with stakeholders, you will facilitate discussions to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress, while also mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance. You will apply your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support the project effectively, ensuring that all aspects of the software test lifecycle are executed smoothly and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: -Oversee the testing phases within projects, creating test plans, leading test execution, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. -Collaborate and manage the team to perform. -Responsible for team decisions. -Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. -Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. -Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. -Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules. -Plan SIT/UAT execution per release cycle, lead/manage SIT/UAT adhering to plan -Defect management & reporting. Professional & Technical Skills: -Experience in PLM Teamcenter, AWC, Part Management, Bill of Materials, and Integrations with Enterprise Systems.   - Strong experience in various testing approaches of Application Testing , Functional testing, Regression testing, Integration testing and Cross Browser testing. - Familiarity with software testing methodologies, automation testing, performance testing and best practices - Working knowledge in Test Management tools - Ample experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies - Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - A 15 years full time education is required.
