Digital Senior Project Manager

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking a Digital Senior Project Manager to lead the people side of complex, large‑scale transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with clients and CLA project teams to design and deliver employee‑centered change management strategies that improve organizational health, increase change agility, and drive sustainable business outcomes across data, technology, and digital transformation efforts.

The Digital Senior Project Manager serves as a trusted advisor to client leaders, ensuring that change strategies are tightly integrated with project delivery and focused on adoption, engagement, and measurable results.

Essential Job Functions

Strategic Change Leadership

  • Partner with client leaders to understand strategic objectives, business priorities, and risks associated with enterprise‑wide process, data, and technology transformations.
  • Assess change scope, complexity, and organizational readiness to determine appropriate change management approaches and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and project teams on effective change leadership, adoption, and sustainability.

Change Strategy Design & Execution

  • Design and implement client‑specific, employee‑focused change management strategies that maximize adoption, utilization, and proficiency with new ways of working.
  • Develop integrated change management plans—including communication, training, and reinforcement strategies—aligned to overall project timelines and implementation plans.
  • Create and manage change roadmaps, timelines, and workplans with a clear focus on how roles, behaviors, and workflows will evolve.

Facilitation & Engagement

  • Facilitate strategic planning and organizational change workshops (e.g., enterprise change prioritization, readiness assessments, team effectiveness) to build alignment and change agility.
  • Design and deploy change interventions across sponsorship alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, resistance management, coaching, and reinforcement.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the client organization.

Integration & Delivery Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with CLA project teams to embed change management activities into broader transformation initiatives and delivery plans.
  • Ensure change efforts are fully integrated with project governance, milestones, and decision‑making processes.
  • Consult with project leaders to align technical delivery with people‑focused outcomes.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Measure and monitor change progress, adoption metrics, and resistance indicators; proactively adjust strategies to drive sustained business impact.
  • Demonstrate the value and effectiveness of change management efforts through clear, outcome‑based reporting.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of CLA’s change management approaches, tools, and best practices.

Experience

· 4 years of relevant experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Preferred fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.

Certifications

  • None required.
  • Change management certification or designation preferred

Travel Requirements

Less than 10% travel expected.
