Job Description

Social commerce planning & operation

  • Develop monthly action plan that covers multi social commerce platforms (Douyin, Red, Bilibili…) based on defined marketing & business target & annual social commerce strategy
  • Set social commerce KPIs (traffic, CVR, ROI, GMV…) on campaign and always on basis to ensure overall investment efficiency& GVM contribution
  • Support brand media manager to daily operate and optimize content & media performance through data analytics and dynamic test and learn
  • Develop regular/campaign social commerce report with insights and deep-dive on audience segments behavior, content/creative learning, touchpoints, media tactics…
  • Keep studying on the latest social commerce trends and platform innovation, drive pilot-test in Bose cases

Social content & boosting support

  • Work with social team/agency to develop targeted social content by different audience segments
  • Support social boost operation for owned & paid content with optimized efficiency (CPV, CPE, ER%, hit post%...)

E-marketing (mainly out-site touchpoints) support

  • Work with agency to build action plan based on market strategy and EC flagship stores sales target on out-site media touch points approached through EC media tools(Unideck & Jinyitou )
  • Set KPIs (traffic, CVR, ROI, GMV…) on campaign and always on basis to ensure overall investment efficiency& GVM contribution
  • daily operate and optimize performance through data analytics and dynamic test and learn
