Job Description

The Multi Year Project Coordinator reports to the Senior Manager Strategic Programs within the Technology Strategy and Optimization (TSO) org. The Project Coordinator supports the Multi Year Program Managers through ownership of delegated work packages; coordination of standard program/project tasks; procurement of resources/services required by the program, and contributions to program strategic discussions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the program manager by owning, managing and delivering on specific work packages e.g. training planning & scheduling.
  • Assist the program manager through coordination of standard program tasks and occurrences.
  • Assist the program manager in the development of program documentation such as project schedules, scope statements and project plans.
  • Coordinate the allocation of program resources to ensure the team has adequate resourcing at the right time.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to help team members complete project tasks and deliver.
  • Be a liaison between the multiple teams within GBT and the TSO team throughout the program life cycle.
  • Help program managers monitor progress and performance and provide updates to project stakeholders.
  • Champion change and ensure contributors and stakeholders understand the program objectives and benefits.
  • Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to assess needs, problem statements, requirements, acceptance criteria and timelines.

Key Qualifications / Skills

  • English language required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in change or project management space.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead meetings & create presentations.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and oral, and strong relationship building skills.
  • Always demonstrates professional attitude .
  • Industry understanding and awareness.
  • Ability to work independently whilst contributing to the overall team objectives.
  • Ability to run multiple workstreams and tasks simultaneously while prioritizing deliverables
  • Capacity to work virtually and travel to in-person meetings/workshops as required by the business.
  • Willingness to work in a global environment and adapt to different time zones.
  • Ability to drive change in the face of possible resistance.
  • Effective time management, multi-tasking prioritization skills.
  • High degree of problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to perform in complex cross-functional, global, business environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, work well in a team environment, able to work in diverse environments and adhere to highest ethical standards.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong active listening and facilitation skills.
