Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily finance operations including full set of accounts and ensure timely monthly/quarterly/yearly closing
• Prepare financial reports and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making by management.
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies, HKFRS/IFRS standards, and relevant Hong Kong statutory regulations
• Coordinate annual audit and tax filing with external auditors and tax consultants, ensuring accurate and timely submissions
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including rolling forecasts and scenario planning
• Participate in ad hoc finance projects such as system enhancements, process improvements, or regional reporting initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, holding HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a multinational FMCG or commercial environment; prior Big 4 or 2nd-tier audit firm experience is a plus
• Fluent English written and spoken to lead correspondence with group wide stakeholders
• Strong technical knowledge of HKFRS and IFRS, with hands-on experience in statutory reporting
• Proficiency in SAP (FI module) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
