We're looking for a talented Copilot Product Manager to help us leverage AI-driven copilot technologies to further improve our platform. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape the future of cloud product experiences using cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Drive Opportunities: Proactively explore opportunities to enhance our platform using AI-driven copilot technology, focusing on improving customer support, troubleshooting, and overall experience.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Champion the voice of the customer by understanding their needs, pain points, and challenges, ensuring that all copilot enhancements are designed to significantly improve customer satisfaction.
  • Cloud Expertise: Leverage a deep understanding of cloud products and services to identify and prioritize the integration of copilot technology across our platform.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of copilot features, driving measurable improvements.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop, manage, and own the product roadmap for copilot-driven features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and troubleshooting patterns to continually iterate and improve the copilot experience.
  • Support and Troubleshooting Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of support and troubleshooting workflows to ensure that copilot solutions are intuitive and effective in resolving customer issues.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, and customer insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably within cloud technology or SaaS environments.
  • Past proven experience with an AI highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, services, and technologies.
  • Experience with AI-powered platforms, chatbots, or copilot-like tools is a plus.
  • Passion for understanding and improving the customer journey, with a focus on support and troubleshooting experiences.
  • Ability to use data to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in the context of troubleshooting complex customer issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

    The salary range for this position is between $148,000.00 - $223,000.00 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
