As our System Test & Integration Engineer, you will bridge the gap between physical mechatronic design and software control. • Test Strategy & Framework Optimization: Lead the end-to-end integration process.

  • Hardware Emulation & Simulation: Utilize physical emulators to mimic sensors, scanners, and sorters for early-stage software validation.

  • Lifecycle Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, securing overall product quality and reliability throughout the development phase.

  • Travel: Travel occasionally to manufacturing facilities and project sites to support, evaluate processes, and design improvements

Your profile

  • Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Systems and Control, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field.

  • Domain Expertise: Experience in system-level validation (within high-capacity logistics, parcel handling, or complex automated machinery is strongly preferred).

  • Technical Toolkit: Experience with Matlab and python.

  • Methodologies: Experience in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), risk prioritization, and test framework optimization.

  • Mindset: An excellent "helicopter view", capable of high-level systemic thinking while remaining comfortable diving deep into technical and behavioral logs.

  • Leadership Style: A natural people manager who can influence stakeholders, align engineering teams, and communicate fluently in English.
