As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the current organizational state. This role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and supporting their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to guide and support transformation initiatives within complex organizational environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
