Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
The Senior Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for maximising the TJX Australia human resource potential and impact business profitability through execution, facilitation and delivery of talent development strategies and programs across the business. With primary focus to enable all TJX Australia functions to achieve their talent objectives, the Senior Learning & Development Specialist will collaborate with management on human resource initiatives that help to develop and retain the most talented Associates.
