How you’ll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for the overall work of the Production and Operations Department: managing various production activities, including Planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards, overseeing daily work, and reporting to the General Manager and also be responsible for the implementation of various policies of the company by the Operations Department; Responsible for compliance and occupational health and safety work in this department and will responsible for analyzing the department's compatibility with relevant company requirements in terms of human resources, work efficiency, service quality, equipment capabilities, and spatial layout. If there are any differences, propose solutions, and be responsible for implementing and achieving the expected results.

2. You will be responsible for developing the overall business process of the Operations Department, ensuring that the responsible business areas operate in a professional manner under different operating modes, ensuring smooth, high-quality, and safe operation; When necessary/assigned, Planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance/downtime to minimize disruptions. also be responsible for the orderly production and operation activities of the Operations Department in accordance with the company's relevant rules, regulations, design documents, production documents, and quality documents and also be responsible for organizing business related training for department employees, cultivating and reserving relevant human resources, and conducting performance evaluations.

3. You will responsible for coordinating the relationships between our department and other departments, and maintaining business relationships in various activities; Liaising with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, etc. as input to developing production schedules and allocating labor/capital resources also be responsible for coordinating the relationships between our department and other departments, maintaining business relationships in various activities, continuously improving the production process (ongoing operations, employee recommendations, etc.), and controlling operating costs, including personnel, equipment, and space for the venue, attend monthly management meetings and group meetings related to business.

4. You will guide the production and operation activities of each subordinate branch. Having the economic approval authority specified in the approval and authorization authority, such as the approval of procurement applications and purchase orders also supervise and inspect the work of each subordinate department, preside over monthly group meetings that directly report to subordinates, and discuss the department's work situation over the past month, such as work results, plans, quality, and other business progress and other important matters and complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical design, manufacturing, automation, production management or related fields.

2. At least 5 years of management experience in a similar position; possess the required awareness of quality, EHS.

3. Familiar with product knowledge and have extensive experience in high-voltage transformers, disconnectors and other related products; understand relevant Chinese laws and regulations, proficient in quality and safety management, on-site organization and control, as well as employee training.

4. Possess certain analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of handling professional work issues. Have the required knowledge of quality, safety and environment, as well as strategic vision for Functional Knowledge/Skill.

5. Good health; trustworthy and reliable. Possess excellent strategic thinking, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn and strong learning ability, with meticulous thinking. Proficient in using office software, proficient in SAP or ERP systems.

6. Have good communication skills and team spirit, be self-motivated and flexible in thinking; demonstrate strong leadership, communication and decision-making abilities. Be customer-oriented with good information processing capability, result-oriented, with overall awareness and forward looking vision.

7. Fluent in Mandarin and good communication skills. Have good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English.
