About the Role

Responsible for leveraging new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to generate innovative products, services and / or business models so as to provide new revenue and value-producing opportunities

1.       Technology Forecasting and Evaluation:

o    Stay abreast of new and emerging generative AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.

o    Lead the evaluation and integration of diverse AI platforms (including but not limited to DeepSeek, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure AI, Ali/Tencent, and popular open source ecosystems) into the Enterprise Architecture.

2.       Design & Implementation of Agentic Workflows:

o    Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced “agentic workflows” that harness principles from cognitive psychology, neuroscience, logic, and decision theory.

o    Oversee both strategic planning and hands-on prototyping to enable innovative solutions that incorporate AI reasoning and decision-making capabilities.

3.       Innovation Leadership and Use Case Incubation:

o    Drive innovation through ideation sessions and design thinking workshops to identify high-impact AI use cases.

Develop comprehensive business cases and manage pilot programs that validate and refine these AI-driven initiatives before wider adoption.

4.       Enterprise Architecture Roadmap:

o    Define the future-state architecture that marries traditional IT disciplines with generative AI capabilities, ensuring that the roadmap reflects both current business needs and future growth opportunities.

o    Formulate technology roadmaps that create a competitive advantage through emerging AI, cloud, and integration technologies.
