Position Overview:
Under the direct supervision of the Supply Chain Coordinator, the Supply Chain Administration and Logistics Officer is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of standard logistics and administrative services in support of IRC programs. This includes overseeing transport and fleet management, facilities maintenance, and general administrative functions, as well as coordinating flight bookings. The role also ensures full compliance with IRC policies, donor requirements, and established operational standards.

Position Reports to: Supply Chian Coordinator
Other Internal and/or external contacts:
Internal: Supply Chain procurement teams, HR & Administration, Program staff, Finance, Grants, Field support staff.
External: Logistics cluster, IRC partners, May serve as IRC supply chain representatives in outside meetings, other non-governmental organizations, inter-agency groups and foundations.

REQUIREMENTS: (Qualifications, Skills and Abilities):
A.Education:
The incumbent should be a graduate from an accredited university with a degree in social studies, political science, business administration or equivalent.
Any professional education in supply chain, CIP etc is highly desirable
Advanced professional certification in supply chain management and/or emergency response management are strongly preferred.
Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in handling humanitarian supply chain.
Strong ERP roll out and management skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and roll-out supply chain policy and SoPs.
Ability to mentor, coach and train staff both in person and remotely.
·Pharma and cold chain management experience is highly desirable.
Experience working with a diverse portfolio of Donors and knowledge of specific donor guidelines
