Job Summary

The Industrial Engineer will plan, design, implement, and manage production and service delivery systems to ensure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, and cost control. The goal is to enhance profitability, effectiveness, adaptability, responsiveness, quality, and continuous improvement of products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in projects to eliminate waste using standard Industrial Engineering processes (e.g., Capital Equipment Requests, Capabilities Studies, Plant Layouts, Tool Design, Standard Work).
• Develop time standards for process steps for the Product-Process-Time database (IEDB).
• Gather and analyze Industrial Engineering metrics for assigned areas.
• Coordinate layout and facility moves for assigned areas.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of IEDB data with standard processes.
• Monitor SAP and Manufacturing Execution System configurations for compliance.
• Develop data for quotes.
• Coach, mentor, and train engineers within the team.
• Support standardization of processes across the site.
• Support Lean initiatives by developing solid process foundations and data integrity.
• Follow all company security policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Key Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree (Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineeting diploma or related).
• Min. 1 year of relevant related experience.
• Knowledge of industrial engineering tools (e.g., work measurement, process mapping, facilities, workstation design).
• Understanding of global and site-specific strategies and capabilities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven track record in change management, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, and AutoCAD.
